Ordered the a create your own pizza and got delivered rock hard and burnt. Never ordering this pizza ever again. Wings were good tho. The sweet teriyaki sauce was really good tho, decent price also for the wings. Pizza was way too expensive for the poor experience I had.
This is an *ok* pizza & burger place with an entertainment venue on site. We saw a comedy show here, $20pp (per person) plus about $8pp processing fee. These transaction fees for buying tickets online are a bit exorbitant. The comedian was funny enough but I'd probably grade him about a "B".
I had never been to this place and it's not clear at all from anything you can read on their website how the venue is setup. They of course serve food and alcohol but it doesn't say if you can buy food while watching the show.
So, we arrived at 6pm to eat before the 8pm show. There were only 3-4 tables occupied, not busy at all, but wow the medium pizza took 45 minutes to come out. The burger was about 35 minutes. That's right, we didn't get served our food at the same time, which is a critical flaw for any restaurant. The burger was good, but quite "soggy" so the bun was mush. The pizza had lots of meat, but it really looked like the crust/sauce/cheese was prepared in advance, and the toppings applied after you ordered. The toppings slid off as you ate it because there was not enough cheese to hold them in place. Hope you like watching your friends eat. And then them watching you eat. All while we watch people start to pile in for the show which has no reserved seating - each tier is first come, first seated.
You cannot bring the food or drinks you buy at the restaurant-side into the show-side of the house. So we had to finish eating and pay for the food before going into the show. Our waitress was part of the problem, with an attitude each time she came to the table like "OK, whadda you want". She would stand there like a bored Valley Girl each time, not really looking at us while we placed our order or asked for more drinks.
At 7:45, we were finally able to move into the show/venue space. Of course we were rather close to the side & back since we were now so "late". And it turns out the full menu is available in the venue, but the "tables" for 6 are only 24" circles - more for drinks than food. The 6 chars are arranged so the each face the stage, so the two front chairs have their backs to the table, 2 side chairs are at 90 degrees to the table, and the two back chairs are really the only ones who could eat "at" the table properly. There was one bar in the back and the entire place (probably 300+ people) had to go order drinks there, so of course the line was always about 20 minutes long.
I was going to say that "next time" I would go 3 hours early to eat, but who really wants to eat that early? And there are much better places to get a $21 burger/fries/soda.
Let me anticipate that the management may respond with "sorry you had a less-than-stellar experience, we will do better next time" but I probably just jinxed that, not that I would actually believe it anyway, or that they would greet me at the door and thank me for returning & *really* try harder next time.
My husband and I came to the southside location for our anniversary to watch the game and everything was great! We sat at the bar and Frankie did a phenomenal job and provided amazing customer service! The wings, our pizza, and drinks were so good! Give this place a try!
This place was really good! We also had a great server. Her name escapes me at the moment. But she was great always smiling and attentive.
We had a build your own pizza with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and hot cheetos. We also got some D’S Knots, and shared a Buffalo wing plate with fries.
Worst experience ever waited 45 minutes and my food was still not ready , ordered the all you can eat wings , a pizza and a burger for me and my family. Hardly anyone was there on a Tuesday night . Take so long, so you don't order any more wings because the cut off is at 9 pm RIPOFF. I asked for a manager and told her to just charge me for the stuff I did have which was 4 drinks and cheessticks , manager told me I had to pay for the pizza because that was policy , which after telling her I wasn't going to pay for the pizza they tried handing it to me which I refused to touch it because they put it in a box to go when we were eating there , finally after talking to the manager I told her to just charge me so I can leave which she finally did . 2nd time I had a bad experience there , but I just dealt with it .
Worst customer service. Manager couldn't follow thru with what she promised. Tried for 30 minutes to place an order from our $125 table and the qr code didn't work on 3 different phones. When I asked for help it took another 10 minutes to find a manager. She then took my order at 838pm. She told me that she would make sure that the order would be out quickly. 45 minutes later I go check if it's ready and the manager brings me a basket of warm to cold wings and expects me to accept this. My wife's burger wasn't even cooked yet. The manager told us that the server couldn't find our numbered table. Hmmmm! When we refused to wings the Manger tells me then I'll just refund you. Instead of trying to make it right she bailed and failed royally!! Without eating we spent over $200.00. Poor service!
Came in on a Thursday night with my wife. Had great service from our awesome waitress and the food was amazing. We were able to hear someone sing karaoke before leaving. Overall great experience!
Easy process to acquire table seating, reasonable table prices, excellent quality food, top notch entertainment. Could improve on bar service. Not enough staff and limited bar items. Other than that, highly recommended.
